Hi, I’m looking for friendly and cleanly people to move in to the apartment. I have been living in the apartment for the past 3 years and really like living here. The flat is lovely, in a great location and the estate agents are easy to work with and super responsive when you need something fixed.

I work 9-5 hours but I work from home a couple days a week too. The living room is shared so it would be nice to have someone who is likeminded and happy to spend time together in the evenings/weekends.

The apartment is a 2min walk from Lisburn Road and only 3min walk to bus stop with regular buses into the city centre. The apartment also has a driveway and there are always on-street parking spaces available nearby.
