I have a Double Room available from September 2024 - September 2025 in my house as my housemate is moving to London.
The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, 3 door wardrobe, desk and chair. There is also an Ikea cube storage 1x4 unit.
The house has a shared bathroom, and open plan living/kitchen/dining area.
The house is located off of annadale embankment and sunnyside street. There is on street parking available outside of the house.
It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to Ormeau Road and 5-10 minute walk to Stranmillis Road, and roughly takes 30 minutes to walk into the city centre.
Electricity bill works out to be roughly £40pcm (paid by top up meter), and the gas bill has been around £60 per quarter. Wi-fi is £15 per month.
A deposit of £450 will be required when signing for the property. A history of payslips will be needed to show income, and you will also need a guarantor.
I work 9-5 hybrid and am easy going, looking to find some who’s clean & tidy to take over the room.
The new lease will start on 22 September 2024, however the room will be available from early September.
