One Room Available in 3 bed house

I am moving into a three bedroom house on Ogilvie St on the 30th of September and I need one person to fill the spare room.

The room (£400pm) currently has a single bed but a double bed would definitely fit.

In terms of shared spaces, there is an open plan kitchen/living area, a separate smaller living room and a bathroom.

The house is in the Woodstock Road area, with plenty of shops and amenities nearby. It takes around 30/35 minutes to walk into the City Centre and there is also a bus stop a 4 minute walk away, which takes 10/15 minutes to get into the city centre. I am currently living in the same area and I have found it very convenient, quiet and friendly.

I will be working Monday to Friday 9-5, and I usually work from home 2/3 days a week. I’m ideally looking for young professionals who are friendly and tidy. I am outgoing and sociable but also enjoy some time to myself. Hoping to make this house a friendly and homely space.
