Rent is £220 a month and a security deposit of £220 is also required. WiFi is roughly £10 a month each and electric is topped up as required (usually £40 a week, i. e £10 each).

House includes all appliances including washing machine and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and bath. Some items in the pictures in bedroom 2 are owned by a current housemate and will be removed.

Current tenants are students in their early 20s who like to going out and movie nights on the couch. Concerts are also a regular occurrence. New housemates are obviously not required to join in but we'd love if you did!
