Apartment is next to beautiful waterway walk to Lagan Bridge accessing SSE within 20 minutes. The apartment is safe and secure. You will be sharing with 21 year old female University of Ulster student on her placement year of a computing course. Ideally would like similar student or young professional but not essential. Reasonable use of electricity, gas and WiFi included.
