Looking for Responsible/Professional Tenant

Seeking a mature, responsible individual to join us in our Belfast home. In addition to your own bedroom, you'll have access to the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. In addition, you'll also have access to your own recently refurbished sitting room (see picture).

The house is situated directly across from Ormeau Park and is within walking distance of the city centre and Queen’s University. The rent is £450.00 per month and includes Wi-Fi, council tax, and a TV license; however, energy bills (gas and electricity) are not included in the rent. As homeowners, we frequently travel for work, so it is essential to find a reliable tenant to care for our home while we are away from Belfast.
