Comfortable and peaceful home

We are looking for a mature person who is as comfortable with sharing a home with others as they are with being on their own as we are away for periods of time. We are a relaxed and friendly retired couple who enjoy the company of a wide range of people but who also have interests and our own life to pursue. If you need a comfortable and relaxed home to come back to and are easy going we would look forward to meeting you with a view of sharing our home.
You would have a double bedroom, use of a home office space, very well equipped kitchen (with an abundance of cooking gadgets to use), modern and pleasant bathroom (to share when we are at home), garden (with gardner to keep it tidy) and even a rocking chair and a log fire in the living room.
I pay wifi, gardener, council tax, water, and various others, and you pay half of the gas (heating and water) and half electricity.
We look forward to hearing form you. To be clear, the rent is £600 per month, plus half of electricity and gas bills as above.
