A spacious double room will shortly be available in my beautiful home in east Belfast. The house is a 4 bedroom home, although you and I will be the only people living here. The spare bedroom can be used by you for occasional visits from friends or family and the fourth bedroom I use as my office.
Your room is bright and spacious, with lots of built in storage, furnished with a double bed, bedside lockers and a desk (handy if you WFH). You also have an en-suite shower and sink (unfortunately no en/suite toilet) though there are a further two full bathrooms in the property.
The property also has two large living rooms, both with TVs (so no need to flip for what to watch) a beautiful kitchen and separate dining room. The kitchen is very well equipped including a double fridge freezer, double sized oven/hob, double drawer Air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
I only purchased the house a few months ago and so all furnishings and appliances are practically brand new.
The property has free parking available, but is also less than a 3 minute walk to the bus stop if you don’t drive. There is a beautiful large garden, and paved patio with outdoor furniture and a garage in case you need to store things like a bike etc. The house is very close to the Comber greenway so cycling is an option for getting into the city safely.
Less than 1 minute walk from the house is a beautiful little park, great for just getting a breather from work if you WFH.
This is not a party house, so those looking for such please look elsewhere. That said, this is a beautiful home and I want you to feel at home here, so you are more than welcome to have family, friends or partners come and spend time or stay over.
About Me; I’m a friendly, outgoing and sociable person. I work as a director of a law firm and work almost full-time from home. I travel a lot and have a keen interest in attending concerts and music festivals. I’ve lived in share houses for many years and I’m relatively laid back to live with.
I’m hopeful to find somebody who will love this house as much as I do and treat it well - this is a great place to live and I want you to enjoy it as much as I do. I want someone who will be a friendly presence in the house and not someone who will just hide away in there room the whole time.
I also have the most adorable cocker spaniel dog called Fudge, he’s 7 years old, totally house-trained and honestly you will fall in love with him instantly. He is the best dog and loves to have a snuggle on the sofa. So you would need to be comfortable living with a dog in the house and commit to treating him well.
