Small double room 15mins away from city center

Hey Thanks for your interest in the second room, my names Zach and I’m a professional currently looking for someone who’s clean and easy to get along with to move into the second room, please note that the second room small and is not an ensuite but you will have your own toilet (in the hallway) as I have one in my room. When I moved in the whole house was unfurnished so there was nothing besides a fridge and cooker there is no bed in the room as it was painted but the previous bed can be put back if tenant wants. Rent is £470 and is due by the 29th of the month Bills are 15 for gas and 15 for electric per week (so one week I will top up both or when it’s finished and the following week you would top up). Internet is included with the apartment. If you need parking i think its £70 but can ask landlord to confirm. The apartment is well secured and is 10mins from the Main train Station and 15mins away from the city there are also a few shops around such as Tesco and Russell’s and a gym 10 mins away.
