(Short-Term) Room to Let

*Please note this is a short-term let for 1-6 months, with extension possible.*

Hi! This quiet little house is located just off Cregagh Road in BT6, about a 15 minute walk from Lanyon Station. The room to rent is a single room, with a double bed and all other areas will be shared. Wi-fi is included in the rent. Electric & heating will be shared. FYI, the heating in the house is kind of dodgy, so it may not suit someone who is sensitive to cold.

I work from home on Mon/Thurs. I'd prefer someone who doesnt WFH on the same days.

A little about myself; I'm a quiet but sociable homebody. I rarely have people over, prefer keeping things mellowed down at home, and would appreciate the same. Shared responsibility for chores and cleanliness are non-negotiable and may result in notice to exit. I'm allergic to pork products, so those are not premitted inside the house.
