Hi! This quiet little house is located just off Cregagh Road in BT6, about a 20 minute walk from Lanyon Station. The room to rent is a single room, with a double bed and all other areas will be shared. WiFi is included in the rent. Electric & heating will be shared.
I work from home on Mon/Thurs, so it may not be suitable for someone also continually working from home though I'm open to discuss.
A little about myself; I'm a quiet but sociable homebody. I enjoy cooking, a good weekend hike and the occasional bouts of badminton. I rarely ever have people over, prefer keeping things mellowed down at home, and would appreciate the same. Shared responsibility for chores and cleanliness, are non-negotiable. I'm allergic to pork products, so those are not premitted inside the house.
