I am looking for someone to replace my contract at Student roost Great Patrick Street Accommodation. The room is spacious with ample storage in beds, toilet and the kitchen.

It is £152/- per week en-suite room with £250/- deposit. Shared spacious kitchen with 3 others, the flat has an occupancy of 6, currently occupied with 4 including myself.

The location is premium with 3 minutes walk to Ulster University, 40 mins walk from Queen’s University and 10 mins walk to city centre. There are regular buses to Queens’s University and towards South and North Belfast. You will have access to various recreational activities such as, cinema room, study room, games and gym inside the building. Tesco express is just downstairs less than a minute walk. City side mall with Tesco superstore, Poundland, home bargain, mini-golf and other facilities is also 15 mins walk away.
