One room to rent in a two bed house near Belfast city centre for one professional person. You will have the largest room with a double bed overlooking the river. The room is fully furnished. New bed and mattress. The other flatmate is my brother. There is a garden that gets the sun all day, fully fitted kitchen and living room. Bathroom is shared with the other bedroom. Rent £800pcm not including electric and gas bills.
