Need a flatmate to share or can approach as 2 guys

It is a student accommodation shared studio. Feel free to approach either as an individual or as 2 guys, however the deposit if you're looking as 2 will change to £250. All amenities included such as internet, electricity, heating, bicycle parking, gym access within the rent itself as it is the leading student accommodation in the area suitable for Ulster university students as the university is just 2 minutes' walk away and little more or less (depends on where you go) 5 minute's walk to the city center. There is a Tesco Express which is right next to the building, so you don't have to worry about getting last minute quick groceries shopping. If you're approaching as an individual, Tamil is much preferred. However, need to pay an extra £50 for tenancy takeover (only if you're looking to move as two) and £125 deposit (for an individual).
