Room available edge of holylands lower ormeau

Hey im transfering out of my house and moving in with one of my close friends end of october and im looking someone to take my room be living with 5 other girls who are all very lovely between 20-25.

I am looking someone to transfer in for round the 28th october rent is needed for the 27th for the following month

Room includes mattress and mattress stand and a deskthat cane with the house. i have my own desk so its being used downstairs for the tv but can be moved up if needed

Room is separate from other rooms and has a firedoor lock so its peaceful at the back we have a massive living room with loads of living space as well and two ovens so is very breathable and well looked after with the five in the house.
