City centre flat, at great central location

Double room in a 2 bed flat at great central location 5 minutes walk from city hall, money has become much tighter with the cost of living, so can no longer afford to rent by myself, not a party person, so would prefer a professional, or older student

I am currently renting through an estate agent, so it will require an application through them

The bedroom was originally a spare room for friends/family, but never got used, so that is why it is currently made up, I can leave them on or remove them on request
Large open living room/kitchen combination, as you can see from the photos plenty of sunlight, washing machine/dryer combo, large bathroom with bath

I would rather meet and get to know people first, before making a decision, as I have some time before I need to worry about rent, but the room may be available earlier then advertised, I can explain the situation more in person

Please ignore the clutter, I am still in the middle of moving things to make space for a second person

Unfortunately there are no locks on the bedroom doors, and I understand if that is an issue
