Double room in refurbished modern house

This is a large double room in a really nice area. Unfortunately we don’t allow pets. You must be working. There is one other person (male living in another part of the house. You would have your own bathroom all though you would be sharing the kitchen dining area. The living room would mostly be used by you. The area is really quit in a culdesac. There is a large garden area which is open to you.
