Short Term Let - Double Bedroom

A short term let for 2 months only - Nov & December 2024. You will be living with one other tennant in a 2 bed apartment. Double bed with a shared bathroom. As seen in pictures, the apartment is nice and open planned and has a secure underground parking facility with your own designated parking space. You will be within walking distance of QUB (15mins walk), cafes/bars nearby in stranmillis and Ormeau neighbourhood (10mins walk) and only a short walk to get into local nature and parks (lagan Meadows, Belvoir, Ormeau park).

Current flatmate is a professional and works regular hours 9-7pm. He has an office based role which does not include any working from home. He has no big interest in partying but is still social and will engage in interesting conversations. It's important to keep communal spaces tidy. The apartment is furnished and has cooking utensils in situ.
