10th Floor Nelson Place Studio

Hi, I am looking for a student to take over my contract here at Nelson Place. A brand-new property with a new gym, Ulster sports centre right inside the property, 11th floor sky lounge, bookable cinema room / kitchen and super cozy communal areas. My studio is on the 10th floor with an amazing view and is of the best in this price range as these studios range from the 3rd to the 10th floor.

This studio would be ideal for an Ulster student, but also works well for a Queen's student looking for better value as older properties in the city center cost the same, or more and are not brand-new. It is only a 20 minute cycle to Queens and Nelson has dedicated cycle storage. Direct buses from Nelson bridge are also quite frequent.

I am moving out at the start of November, and can accommodate as early as the 1st of November. :)
