Looking for someone to take over my student accommodation tenancy - Must be a current student of Ulster University.

Located within a 2 minute walk of Ulster University, and excellent access to shops and amenities, 123 York Street is perfect for any student. The kitchen and the communal is shared, but you have access to an en-suite bedroom with access to a desk and a chair. Current flatmates are really kind and welcoming.

Bills included, Tenancy until early July.
