A bright, spacious home, with 2 lovely housemates!

Hello good folks!

My home is a bright, airy, spacious 3-bedroom house in leafy South Belfast,
a short walk to the Botanic Gardens, Ulster Museum, and lots of cute cafes.
This would be the perfect location for anybody working at the City Hospital or at Queen's University!
There is a bus stop nearby to get to the city centre, but it is also very walkable. :)

Communal areas-
There is a cosy communal living room, please ignore the current lack of decoration in there, as I have just moved in this month, and will be getting the curtains & artwork up this week.
There is a large kitchen/dining room, with sliding glass doors to the back yard. for when the weather improves outside!
There is a large bathroom with an electric shower, full size bathtub, toilet & bidet, and there is also a second toilet room on the first floor.
There is a large laundry/utility room, with washing machine & dryer.

Bedrooms-
There are two double bedrooms available.
Bed & mattress included, and I am currently on the lookout for nice desks & drawers for storage!

About your live-in-landlord-
Hello! I'm Erika, I run a tiny backpacker hostel in Belfast, and love introducing newcomers to this wonderful city.
This is my first home, but I am used to sharing a space with lots of people, so you can be sure I'm an easy person to live with! :)
I love hiking, cycling, and trying new vegan recipes.

Bills-
Electric, Heating, Rates & Wifi are all included!

I am looking for a maximum of 2 housemates, preferably female, if you are a calm and pleasant person who enjoys a clean & tidy home with nice housemates, please do get in touch!
Definitely available from December 27th, but if you are interested in moving in sooner, just let me know! :)
