This would be the perfect location for anybody working at the City Hospital or at Queen's University!
There is a bus stop nearby to get to the city centre, but it is also very walkable. :)
Communal areas-
There are two cosy communal living rooms,
and a large kitchen/dining room, with sliding glass doors to the back yard.
There is a large bathroom with an electric shower, full size bathtub, toilet & bidet, and there is also a second toilet room on the first floor.
There is a large laundry/utility room, with washing machine & dryer.
Bedrooms-
There are two double bedrooms available.

Hello! I'm Erika, I run a tiny backpacker hostel in Belfast, and love introducing newcomers to this wonderful city.
This is my first home, but I am used to sharing a space with lots of people, so you can be sure I'm an easy person to live with! :)
I love hiking, cycling, and trying new vegan recipes.

I am looking for a maximum of 2 housemates, preferably female, if you are a calm and pleasant person who enjoys a clean & tidy home with nice housemates, please do get in touch! :)
