Flatmate wanted Lisburn Road

Looking for a flatmate to join a three bedroom apartment just off Lisburn road.

That flat is on the first floor in a secure gated complex with parking. We have a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen/dining room/living space.

The available room is a large double with a private ensuite.

Bills (gas/electricity/broadband) would be split evenly between us.

We are quite a sociable household and would like someone clean and friendly who may enjoy the occasional cup of tea and a chat together :)

The room is available from 1st January onwards, ideally would need someone to begin paying rent from then. A deposit of one month's rent is needed to secure the room.
