Ensuite studio Student Roost next to Ulster Uni

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my Student Roost studio right next to Ulster uni from the 1th of January. The building also offers a gym and laundry room and a large common area with tv and pool tables + organizes lots of activities to get familiar with the city and other residents. It is a fully independent studio with a kitchen and bathroom for yourself, and a doublesized bed. The studio is also fit for double occupation. I’m willing to leave all of the kitchen and cleaning stuff as it doesn’t necessarily come with the room. Let me know if you’re interested or want more info!😊
