Beautiful modern home with spacious kitchen. Cosy living room space. Small double room provided along with use of a separate walk in wardrobe and dressing room. Downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with shower and bath. Recently adopted 2 cats so must be comfortable with cats. Some storage space in garage and parking space. Front and back garden with patio that is great for warmer months. Friendly, sociable live in land lord, happy to have space but equally happy to share a meal or watch a show together in evenings. All bills included. Monday - Friday let and a weekend or 2 a month can be included when planned in advance. No overnight guests allowed.
