Myself (47) and my son (23) live in the house. We have one very well behaved female black cat who comes and goes via a catflap. The kitchen has a built in corner seat and eating area. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air flyer, electric over, fridge and freezer. There is a big back garden and front garden (big for Belfast). We are one street away from the Ulster Rugby ground though there is no noise from the stadium. There is ample parking at a designated parking area in front of the house, and on-street parking.
In the back garden there is a greenhouse, shed and fruit trees., and a large patio with seating area, table and festoon lights, In the front garden there is a bike shed, porch, and fruit trees. It is a terraced house, on a quiet residential within five minutes walk of three bus routes, or an easy 15 minute cycle via bike lanes on ravenhill road or the towpath into the city centre.
It is close to the cafes and pubs of Ormeau road, and many parks.
The rent includes all bills unless utility usage is excessive in which case, the renter will be required to pay their share.
