Hi there,
I hope you’re keeping well, and thank you for taking the time to read this message.
I’ll be away for around 3–6 months and I’m hoping to find someone reliable, tidy, and ideally looking for a comfortable place to stay during that period. I would prefer to rent the entire apartment to one person. The apartment has two bedrooms, and you would be living in the spare room. I’m hoping you can stay for at least three months, and after that we can discuss the next steps. A one-month notice period applies. Please share a bit of information about yourself as well. For reference, I am a researcher at Queen’s University Belfast and I have lived in Belfast for over 11 years.
The apartment is in a great location — it has a lovely view of the River Lagan from the balcony. Oppossite is the international conference center and hilton hotel shows in the picture. It’s bright, peaceful, and perfect for convenient city living. You’re welcome to move in with just your luggage, similar to an Airbnb setup. If you have a car, there is a secure gated parking space available.
For groceries, LIDL in Belfast city centre and Tesco Express are close by. For exercise, Studio 52 (yoga) and Better Gym Belfast are around 10 mins by foot. A walk to the Titanic Museum could easily become part of your daily routine — it’s a very pleasant route, especially in the evening with all the lights. The nearest park is Ormeau Park, about a 20 to 30 minute walk away. If you enjoy city life, cafes(NERO Bobs&Berts, COSTA)and victorial square shopping center are less than a 10-minute walk from the door.
By the way, the bill for the winter is around 80 pounds for electricty, no gas in here, no water bill and council tax has included, no need to pay extra.
