Student accommodation room to let

I vacated my room early in the year after leaving my PhD, looking for someone to talk over my contract.

I’ve paid the rent until 13th January so someone can take over from January-end of August.

Single bed room with its own en-suite bathroom but kitchen and living space are shared. Room is fully furnished with my bedding left in there since I couldn’t take them with me (see pictures).

All bills are included in the rent price, WiFi is free, bike storage available.
