Amazing double room near city centre.

Unfortunately my wonderful flatmate is moving out by the 12th of September ☹️, the room is a big enough double room with a small double bed. The house has a small balcony with the view of river Lagan and city centre . It’s a gated apartment with passcode and the balcony view is to die for, 3 minutes away from Lanyon train station, 2 minutes away from a bus stop, 7 minutes walk to city centre, 10 minutes drive to the city airport. There’s a big parking lot with every apartment assigned with a parking space and a bike shed as well. The area has a kayak club and so it’s nice to just seat at the balcony or by they full glass just watching people kayaking or running if you’re a fitness type. About me, I’m a biomedical scientist, I can be both an introvert and extrovert depending on what you prefer. I love my wine so I’m always sipping wine and sometimes read. I watch the same tv shows over and over and over lol.
