Amazing double room near city centre.

My flatmate is moving out by the 3rd of January, it’s a big enough double room with a big double bed. It has a small balcony with the view of river Lagan and city centre . It’s a gated community with passcode and the balcony view is to die for, 3 minutes away from Lanyon train station, 2 minutes away from a bus stop and 7 minutes walk to city centre. The area has a kayak club and so it’s nice to just seat at the balcony or by they full glass just watching people kayaking or running if you’re a fitness type. About me, I can be both an introvert and extrovert depending. I love my wine so I’m always sipping wine and sometimes read. I watch the same tv shows over and over and over lol
