Live in landlord is a 27 year old young professional working in a law firm in Belfast, working from home (from home office) 3 days per week. I like the house to be quiet and kept tidy etc. I enjoy yoga / pilates and also going for dinner / drinks - I also am in my element at any type of market (so it works out well that banana block is really close by). Ideally seeking a tenant who is similar to myself!

The property has a living room, kitchen / dining room, good sized garden with shed, 2 bathrooms, home office and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, airfryer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (and brand new mattress still in packaging), double wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The house is fully furnished and is walking distance to Connswater and Glider stop (less than 5 minute walk).

Rent: £500 per month (gas, electricity and internet bills not included).
