Loft room to rent in beautiful home

I'm looking for a lovely new housemate to share my beautiful home with me and my two chilled dogs. The room is a great size with excellent wifi connection and plenty of space for a desk. It can be furnished or I can remove the furniture if you have your own.

The house is in a lovely neighbourhood with excellent neighbours who will say hello and make you feel part of the street. It’s a 10 minute walk to the main cafes and shops of Ballyhack and 5 minutes to the Comber greenway and Orangefield Park.

I'm a very young 49 year old, into various sports like surfing, cycle touring, hiking etc, also cooking, reading and of course bit of Netflix! I'm a conservationist at heart, interested in the world around me and would be a fairly positive type. I'm a really respectful and considerate housemate and you'd need to be the same, it's important that you clean up and do your share of the chores. I work 9 – 5 Mon-Fri so need a quiet home after 11pm.

I'm a liberal person, interested in culture, the arts and community, and would be looking for similar. I'm not looking to live as strangers, but to have some interaction and a pleasant living arrangement, however I am pretty quiet and like my own space too. The house has a stove which gets frequently, and a huge sunny garden for hanging out in the summer. There's a shed for bike storage etc. Also two bathrooms so never a queue. There is a spare room for guests.

There’s a massive garden with patio and mature trees, and a shed for some storage if needed.
