Double en-suite room - Lagan Towpath (Stranmillis)

Start date 23 September but it may be available a few days earlier if current housemate's circumstances allow.

I'm a 35 year old professional living near the Lagan Towpath just off the Lockview Road in Stranmillis. My current housemate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to move in to his en-suite room.

I work from home so I will often be in the house during weekdays. My office is at Parliament so I travel to London for work a few days a month.

The monthly rent will be £550/month with a £550 deposit. The bills on top of this are gas, electricity and broadband (broadband is £18/month each).

• Located in a private, quiet cul-de-sac with a mix of families and young professionals living on the street.
• 2 bedrooms (2 doubles, one single - however we are using the single bedroom as an office and I would prefer to keep it this way for working from home).

• Kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher (a. k. a my best mate).

• Huge back garden (great in the summer with the barbecue and fire pit) with secure gate and loads of room to store bikes.
• Driveway which fits one car (can fit 2 small ones at a push).
◦ There is also plenty of room on the street for parking, we have had 2 drivers in this house and have always been able to park the second car very close to the house.
• Incredibly nice landlord (very fast at fixing any problems in the house, of which there have been very few - occasionally comes round and cuts the grass).
• Great selection of nearby Deliveroo options.

• Literally seconds away from the Towpath and Laganvale Meadows. Great for walks, running, kayaking, paddleboarding and even carryouts.
• Handy for Stranmillis, Malone and Ormeau Roads.
