Great location near York gate train station, shopping areas and city centre. There's an Asda, McDonald's and petrol station less than 5 minutes away by foot. There's a bus stop less than 1 minute away by foot

There's no alcohol, drugs, smoking, man, cursing, yelling, fighting, disrespect in my home.
There is kindness, respect, a lot of cleaning and listening to music.
