• 10 mins from city centre (and very accessible to everything else) bus stop at end of street
• 3 bedrooms - my room, your room, little spare room / my office
• double bedroom with large wardrobe, large desk, double bed and brand new mattress (I can find the desk a new home if you prefer space for a rail etc)
• large, very comfortable open-plan living /dining room
• modern kitchen / back garden patio / shared bathroom
• Netflix / Prime Video included
• gas heating

• work in marketing (remotely with some travel)
• events, nights out, gym, brunch, cooking
