Belfast Studio Summer Lease

Hello! I am a student living in Belfast, traveling home for the summer. I am looking to find someone to take over my lease at The Edge apartment building near the City Center. The lease would be from May 1 to the end of August. I live in a studio apartment with an en-suite bathroom and kitchen. The room also comes with a desk and closet, and utilities are included in the rent. The apartment has a gym, theatre, study room, and games room, There will be no one else living here at this time.
