Holylands Room for Rent

Room for rent available on Agincourt Avenue, just a short walk from the Holylands Spar, Queen's University, library, etc. and approx. 20 minutes' walk from the city centre.

It is a 2-bedroom second floor property. You will be sharing with one other 20-year old second year Queen's student who usually goes home at weekends, and I'm looking for a female student to replace me.

Gas is pay-as-you-go and electricity is about £10 a month. I'm happy to continue paying for the Wi-Fi contract as it's under my name.

The tenancy contract ends on the 15th August, and rent is paid via direct debit on the 1st of each month.

The property is small, but cosy! Your room comes with a bed, desk and wardrobe and is right next to the bathroom. The living space is open plan with a brand new refrigerator, washing machine, sofa, and dining table.
