I am often away in europe a month at a time 6 months a year

Off street parking aplenty.

Electric is shared 50.50 only when I am here. Presently my usage is £10 per week.
Wifi is included.

Presently i pay £210 per month rates and service charges but the rent of £320 is inclusive except for the electricity.

One months notice required for return of security deposit.

Rent paid in cash only otherwise there's a 20% tax supplement of £68.

Smoker can smoke in kitchen or on balcony.

I am in Europe until sept 14 then will be away again for four weeks from Oct so need to have this taken by October latest
