Calm and safe house with urban garden

I am looking for a suitable house mate to share my lovely home with me and my friendly 10 year old rescue dog Farrah.

We have lived here 5 years and have great relationships with neighbours. This is a chilled house and best suited for someone who likes a safe and secure home to recharge in. I respect peace and quiet and ideally would like to live with someone who is independent, responsible and is respectful of the home while taking the initiative to contribute to caring for it.

I am a keen gardener and run an alleyway restoration project on the street so we basically have an extended garden from the yard where we socialise and grow vegetables.

The room available is a quiet single room at the back of the house with a bed, desk and clothes rail available. There is a chest of drawers in the landing outside of the room which would be yours also.

I work Monday - Friday and get early nights/ early rise. Weekends I tend to go for coffee, dog walks and relax.

I like to go for a swim most evenings after work.

I do not drink or smoke.
