Single room but you will have the full house

Single room to let from 15th May single bed with tv wardrobe and drawers the rest of the house has 1 shared living room conservatory runs of kitchen with dinning area and tv. Kitchen with all utensils bathroom with shower over bath with jacuzzi parking out the front or to the side Garden with garden furniture downstairs toilet. Tenant must be clean and tidy myself and my partner will not be there that often so you will have the house to yourself we will be going to Spain for 6 months and will likely be for longer we will be home for 6 days in August for a wedding but will only stay 4 nights bills like electric and gas will have to be paid by the tenant but internet will be paid by us and when we are home we will contribute to gas and electric. Bus stop is few minutes walk away and the Ardoyne shops are 5 minutes walk photos of room will follow will put some of the rest of the house up while room is still being painted look forward to hearing from you if you smoke it would have to be outside 😊
