Bright, cosy spare bedroom available in a friendly and relaxed home. You’ll be sharing with one sociable but respectful female who enjoys a balance of good conversation and personal space and another who is heading off to NZ at the end of August so only one housemate after that.

The room is fully furnished, with a shared bathroom and access to a lovely shared living area and kitchen.

Located in a prime, safe neighborhood with great transport links, cafes, and shops just around the corner. Perfect for someone tidy, independent, and easygoing.
