Double room in a semi detached house with only one other housemate. It's a 2 minute walk from the Ballyhackamore glider stop.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, new mattress, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The house itself has:
2 furnished living rooms
Kitchen (with washing machine, fridge, freezer etc)
2 double bedrooms, 1 office and 1 loft space (with tumble dryer and spare bed)
Downstairs bathroom
Main bathroom that would be yours (as I have an ensuite so only really use that)
On street parking
Garden

All bills are included (including a cleaner that comes every fortnight).

About me - I usually head into the office 3 days a week and I'm out in the evenings around 3 nights a week after work with various hobbies. I have a dog who also lives here who is a small 6 year old poodle mix. I'm a bit of a night owl and when I'm in the house I'm usually gaming or chilling on the sofa. There are two furnished living rooms so plenty of space. I have a partner who stays 2 nights a week but often we rotate weekend.
