1 Room in 2-Bed House Near Queen’s University

Hi! A fully furnished double room is available in our 2-bedroom house as my current flatmate is moving out due to a job change. I’m looking for a new flatmate, either a professional or a student, who can move in and share the space with me.

The tenancy is on a rolling 3-month contract, so there’s no pressure for a long-term commitment if that’s a concern.

About me:
I’m a 29-year-old male research scholar at Queen’s University Belfast. I prefer a quiet and peaceful lifestyle, but I also enjoy socialising, going for evening walks, watching TV, and cooking. I'm easygoing and happy to share meals, have a cup of tea, or chat when it suits, but if you value your own space and privacy, that’s absolutely fine too.
