North Belfast, Ballysillan Area. House Share Oct

I've bought this house, I'll hopefully be moving in in September so this will be available in October. It's a 3 bed (one small room I'll probably set up as an office kind of thing) and it's just me so there'll be a spare room.

Nice area, house is in great condition & it's a big room. 2 living rooms, decent sized kitchen, nice bathroom, large outdoor area, garage. Bus stop just at the end of the road so 30s walk & 12B route will get you into the centre of Belfast in 15 or 20mins according to Google Maps (i'd be cycling or walking, it's only 3 miles). I do drive so can maybe do a shop run or whatever if you need.

I'm a software developer working in city centre. Fairly majorly into cycling, generally try to keep fit & healthy & keep my head down. Gym, running, hiking, skiing etc. No party animal but enjoy the odd social outing. Would say I'm fairly easy to get on with.

Would like you to be clean & tidy ofc but we can maybe get a cleaner to save any stress on that side of things. You'll need to be respectful & mature about things, I'm pretty calm/chill/relaxed & I've no time for petty arguments, only here for good vibes & helping eachother out.

As I say I'm just moving in, these are the sales photos, the previous owner will probably take most of the furniture & it'll look a bit different, might be a bit bare to begin with, but hopefully I'll have it pretty nice.
