There are 2 buses within 5 min walk which take you straight into city centre, Ballyhackamore & glider stop is a 15 min walk away and there are loads of coffee shops and supermarkets nearby.
You would be sharing with my other female lodger who is a teacher so is out all day and she doesn’t stay at weekends.
