Due to personal reasons, I am subletting the largest studio in John Bell House, a student apartment, at the original price. It has an independent kitchen and bathroom, high-quality furniture, a comfortable double bed, and ample storage space. There is a study room on the ground floor and an outdoor courtyard. The train station is 6 minutes away from the Great Victoria Street terminal. There is a 24-hour Tesco supermarket about 5 minutes away on foot. Going to Queen's University Belfast: 21 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bus. There are no houses on the official website now. I am subletting it with an official contract at the original price.
