I’m leaving Belfast so we’re looking for a lovely new girl to take over my room in our beautiful 3-bed room apartment in Titanic Quarter.

The room is an absolute bargain – super spacious with its own ensuite and private balcony. The flat itself is modern, clean, and bright, with a large open-plan kitchen/living area and a second balcony off the living room.

📍 Location is amazing – less than a 15-minute walk into the city centre, with the Glider stop right outside the building, and Titanic Quarter train station just 10 minutes away. Everything is super accessible whether you're commuting or heading out.

🧼 You’d be sharing with two lovely, friendly, and clean girls in their mid-20s (one of them is Irish and the other is Welsh). The vibe in the flat is relaxed, sociable, and respectful.

💸 Rent is very reasonable for the area (message for full details) and the apartment really is a steal for what you get.

Move-in date is December.
