Room on Lisburn Road

Hi guys I’m looking for someone who would potentially take over my room tenancy in a house on the Lisburn road. It’s very close to the city hospital and multiple shops and bus stops. The rent is £380 (this doesn’t include bills). It would be a tenancy from now until next year. It’s a 2 person flat with a girl in her 3rd year of uni, and will be a shared bathroom and kitchen/living space with her. Contact me if interested so I can make other arrangements, thank you x
