Double room available to rent in East Belfast with easy going professional female in late 30s & also Keiko the cat!

Double room available - house was unfurnished when myself and current flatmate moved in. There is the option to buy the current flatmates bed, mattress (1 year used) and metal clothing rail. There is a further storage unit just outside the room for use.

Good sized bathroom with bath and shower. House is kept very clean and easy maintained between 2 people. Bills not included and are usually around 60 to 80 a month depending on time of year.

Plenty of on street parking if you have a car.

I am an easy going professional who works at home 2 days a week (from room and not easily bothered) and 3 days in the office Monday to Friday.

At the weekends my partner and I will usually be at the Belfast Giants Ice hockey games or at music events. I like to be sociable but also live my downtime so someone likeminded would be good.

Ormeau park is a couple of minutes walk away and bus links to town at the end of the street.
