Double room available in a house of two (one 36 y. o professional male, one male retiree who currenty lets my other room). All bills included (rates paid by owner). Room on the first floor which also has the main bathroom and separate WC. Stones throw from all local amenities, bus stop and Waterworks park. Short distance from supermarkets and train station. Less than 10 mins drive to town/Cathedral Quarter or around 30 mins walk. On street parking outside property or very nearby. Both occupants enjoy the company of others, relaxed environment where we don't take ourselves too seriously where there's also a nice balance of time spent together chatting or watching a film, as well as to ourselves.
