Nice house in quiet bit of east Belfast

Hello there,

I am renting out my former home in east Belfast, which is available to rent immediately.

Please let me know a few details about yourself, age, occupation, etc, in the response.

The house itself is a nice size for two people. There are two bedrooms, both of which have a double bed (although one is a slightly smaller queen size). The downstairs really benefits from a high-ceiling kitchen which opens onto the living room - creating a nice open space.

The house is mostly furnished, and I do want to leave it that way. But obviously, no worries if you want to bring additional items.

I previously lived here, and really liked it. It's a short/mid-distance walk from the Greenway, Orangefield Park, Connswater shopping park, all the nice shops and restaurants in Ballyhackamore and (most importantly) the big Tesco on Castlereagh Road.

Looking for anyone responsible to look after the property. I am open to professionals, or potentially mature students and am keen for someone to move in quite quickly but some flexibility with this.

To flag, I am keen to get references and a guarantor.

The rates are included in the rent, and the EPC cert is C.
