Double room for rent

Double room for rent on Coolfin Street, right next to city hospital train station and 20 minute walk from Queen’s. Room comes with wardrobe, big chest of drawers, bedside table and desk & chair. People on the street are lovely and massive spar not even 5 mins downs the road.
Due to family circumstances I am moving out November/December. This means the lease will run to my original date, 1st June, but with the option to renew of course.
Rent is 387.50 a month, and as there’s only two people in the house bills are very cheap. Heating and electric have cards to top up. Current housemate is lovely never had a single issue!
