SUblet my room for 1-2 months in LWR Ormeau

Hello, I'm subletting a room from the Jan-Feb for a maximum of 3-4 months (very flexible) in Lower Ormeau road. (1 month minimum but after that you can leave at anytime, not necessarily by month renovation)

The room is in a three bedroom apartment, two of them are long term rented and a third spare one (listed here) is available for short period. Ideal for young professionals/PhD travelling or that need a temporary solution. The flat has 1 bathroom to share with 2 other girls in her late 20s (if you worry about it, in each room there's a sink so I've never experienced any problem of superimposition for the usage of the toilet). The house is really well equipped with high quality furniture, close to the city centre, Queen's University and Botanic area, full of shops and pubs. It is smaller but well equipped as well.

We look for someone very tidy and clean, respectful of the calm, peace and relaxed vibe of the house. It is ideal for someone that need a room for a temporary solutions as visiting PhD students or people that need a bridge house. We are two PhD student working in Queen's and we love to cook and to chat and chill after work. We look for someone that cares for the house as much as we do.
We strictly select tenant if we vibe and we feel she really match the atmosphere of the house.
