SUblet my room for 1-2 months in LWR Ormeau

Hello, I'm subletting my room from the 7th of July to the 30th of August in Lower Ormeau road, and I strongly consider shorter stay (minimum 1-2 weeks for 125£ a week).

The room is in a three bedroom apartment, but only two rooms are filled atm. It has 1 bathroom to share with 1 other girl in her late 20s (if you worry about it, in each room there's a sink so I've never experienced any problem of superimposition for the usage of the toilet). The house is really well equipped and high quality furniture, close to the centre, Queen's University and Botanic area, full of shops and pubs.

Additionally, in the video you can see a third room that is free to sublet for 400£ a months for 2-3 months (1 month minimum but after that you can leave at anytime, not necessarily by month renovation). It is smaller but well equipped as well. If interested, ask for more photo of it.

We look for someone very tidy and clean, respectful of the calm, peace and order condition of the house. It is ideal for someone that need a room for a temporary solutions as visiting PhD students or people that need a bridge house till September. We are two PhD student working in Queen's and we love to cook and to chat and chill after work. We are also very tidy and clean and we look for someone that is used to take care of the house as well.
